Folakemi Fadahunsi
Chief Executive Officer

Folakemi Fadahunsi is the Chief Executive Officer of Proworth Investment Company Limited. She has over 21 years’ experience in Organizational Transformation, Finance, Strategy, Accounting, Risk & Compliance, and Audit. 

Her experience cuts across various sectors including Real Estate, Telecommunications, FMCGs and Management Consulting. Folakemi is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria. 

She has a B.Sc. In Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile, Ife, Masters in Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School Manchester, UK. She is currently studying for a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at International School of Management, Paris, France.

Meka Olowola
Director
Meka is an oil and gas sustainability expert and management consultant with 25 years of cross-functional work experience in CSR, strategy, branding, banking, and energy. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Zenera Group, a strategy, advertising, and investor relations conglomerate. He is a proud alumnus of the Federal Government College, Ogbomoso; the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (Human Physiology), Zaria; Harvard Business School (Sustainable Business Strategy) and Colorado State University (Change Management).

Meka is passionate about sustainability and devotes his time to organisations, platforms and causes that promote the concept in Africa. He is a Board Member of CSR-in-Action, a non-profit for the promotion and unification of corporate and collective social responsibility in Africa. He also serves as Chairman of Project Light International, a global initiative dedicated to helping the financially challenged market women; Asido Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation committed to promoting optimal mental health in Africa, amongst others.

Meka is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, and a member of prominent professional bodies such as the Nigerian Institute of Management and the National Institute of Marketing amongst several others.
Mrs. Godrey Ogbechie is the Group Executive Director of Rainoil Limited, Fynefield Petroleum Limited and Norsworthy Investment Limited. She is also a Non-Executive Director at Eterna PLC.
She oversees the Group Corporate Support Services at Rainoil Limited, which includes Human Resources, Brand and Corporate Communications, Information Technology, Internal Control and Audit, Admin and Facilities Management.
She is a 1988 graduate of Agricultural Economics and Extension from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

She has extensive banking experience, spanning over 19 years. Her experience cuts across Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Customer Service / Relationship Management, Audit Operations. Prior to joining Rainoil Limited, she worked with Universal Trust Bank Limited and Fidelity Bank Plc., where she managed high profile projects both within and outside the country. Godrey is actively involved in several social welfare and humanitarian initiatives.
She is a Life Member of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), a non-profit organization formed focused on building leadership and networking among women in the workplace and in business.

She also oversees the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the Rainoil Group. Such annual initiatives include the following:

  • Financial and material support to orphanages across our various locations
  • Provision of free healthcare services and educational materials to public schools
  • Provision of physical infrastructures and public amenities.
She has attended several management courses locally and abroad. She is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme (SMP).
